AceCat Flair USB Tablet Troubleshooting My Driver is Installed properly but.. - LED is always red
This suggests a flat battery or faulty pen (with exception of Windows XP - carry out procedures listed in this FAQ)

- LED is only ever red or green but never ORANGE/YELLOW Try replacing the PEN TIP

- LED displays all colours but no movement on PC. This suggests a driver error, load the setup program from the CD FIRST, then insert acecat into USB socket.

Normally:
1) RED when no activity but can also mean flat battery if always red
2) GREEN when pen in the area
3) ORANGE/YELLOW when movement
